After initially finding the shoe to be good quality construction, the inner construction does not provide very good support and padding. Its even worse if you have flat feet. My other shoes including Clarks and Florsheim have padding and gel to provide extra support and comfort but this shoe provides neither. The front toe area also has a small hole as well so water is able to penetrate into the sole and inner lining. Now I'm going to throw them out and never buy a Dr Martens as its merely a name. Their quality has deteriorated ever since they moved their manufacturing from England to China.
