They were originally purschased for work, since I were scrubs in my job and I buy mostly Birkenstock shoes for work, however, these were too good looking to wear with my scrubs, so I wear them with my tappered ankle style jeans and every one always notices them and compliments me on them. Nice shoe, really comfortable too.
